The Molchanovs Wave 3 Master Freediver course is the last step before becoming a freediving instructor.
This advanced certification allows you to act as an assistant instructor and prepares you for the Molchanovs Instructor Course if you want to build a freediving career.
With Wave 3, you’ll expand both your physical and mental freediving capacity, gaining the skills to dive deeper, safer, and with more awareness - while moving closer to becoming a professional freediver.

Complete your Wave 3 certification while spending 7 full days training, learning and connecting with the freediving community. Beyond the core course, the week gives you access to additional pool sessions, workshops, yoga and other training opportunities.

Just bring your swimwear, a towel, and any personal items you need for the day. We provide all freediving equipment, including wetsuit, mask, fins, weight belt, and weights.

We keep our courses small with a maximum instructor-to-student ratio of 1:3, ensuring plenty of personal coaching and safety throughout the course.

Once your booking is confirmed, we'll register you in the Molchanovs education system. You'll receive access to your personal account, including the course manual, training videos, and online learning platform so you can prepare before arriving.

Wave 3 is usually completed over 6 days. The course includes 2 days of theory and pool training, followed by 4 days of open water training by boat. The schedule may be adjusted depending on sea and weather conditions to provide the best training opportunities.
